Park City, Utah – The Monroe Group, Ltd., a Denver, Colorado based real estate management and development company is named the 2004 HUD Management Agent of the Year at the Affordable Housing Management Association (AHMA) conference in Park City, Utah.

Marcie D. LaPorte, Director – Denver Multifamily Hub for HUD, conferred this award on the Monroe Group citing its “outstanding accomplishments and professionalism in the real estate management industry.”

The Monroe Group specializes in acquiring, developing and managing affordable housing projects. The Group, and its owner Stuart J. Heller, received this award for its years of exemplary services.

LaProrte offered praise for Mr. Heller and the Monroe Group, “This owner agent has an amazing ability to deal with difficult situations. He has a very professional staff to assist him in achieving his goals of providing safe, decent and affordable housing to his residents and is desirous of obtaining other affordable housing sites to continue this effort.”
