Denver, CO- Monroe Group, Ltd. is pleased to announce the addition of David Asarch to our team as Corporate Counsel.  David, who earned his JD from Stanford Law School, will manage all corporate legal issues including real estate transactions, service contracts, property management issues, and employee and tenant related matters.

David Asarch comes to Monroe Group from Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP where he worked as an Associate in their Real Estate Department.  Asarch has represented both buyers, sellers, borrowers and lenders on various commercial real estate transactions.  David previously served as an Associate in the Real Estate Department at Loeb & Loeb LLP in Los Angeles, California and received his BA from Middlebury College. 

Asarch will work closely with principals Chad Asarch, Stuart Heller, and Hud Karshmer managing legal issues and helping to ensure that the company continues to operate smoothly as it rapidly expands into new markets.  “We are thrilled to have David join us at Monroe Group,” Chad Asarch stated, “we are very much a family oriented business, and he will be a welcome addition to our dynamic team.”  Karshmer added, “David will be a positive asset as we grow, his prior experience will be extremely valuable as we continue to acquire new properties in the coming year.”
