Denver, CO –Monroe Group Ltd, a leading real estate development firm specializing in affordable multi-family and senior/disabled housing, closed their offices Thursday, April 16^th to allow employees to participate in a Habitat for Humanity Metro Denver project in Arvada, Colorado.  Monroe Group volunteers spent the day installing insulation, painting, and inserting baseboards into two homes on W. 68^th Ave., soon to be occupied by deserving families.

Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver has built over 370 homes in the Denver area since its inception in 1979.  Monroe Group volunteers helped construct what will be one of over 50 houses completed in 2009.

“This volunteer project is especially meaningful to our company,” Chad Asarch, a principle at Monroe Group stated.  “Monroe Group strives to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing for our residents; our mission is very similar to that of Habitat for Humanity.  Our team truly enjoyed working on the Habitat project and was excited by the opportunity to give back to the community.”
