Denver, CO - Monroe Group, Ltd. is pleased to announce the addition of Emily Brown to our team as Director of Finance.  Emily, who earned her BS from Indiana University, will manage all corporate financial issues including strategic planning and budgeting initiatives.  In her new role Emily will monitor property level economic performance, develop budgets for corporate entities, oversee the Accounting and HR departments, and monitor funds for all acquisition and rehabilitation projects.

Emily comes to Monroe Group from     Qwest Communications where she worked as a Lead Marketing Professional.  With Qwest Emily was responsible for the development and execution of messaging and offer strategies for Qwest Fiber-Optic Internet, and worked closely with network, product development, corporate strategy and marketing groups to integrate effective campaigns and tactics.  Emily previously served as a Data and Analysis Manager for Comcast Cable. 

Emily will work closely with principals Chad Asarch, Stuart Heller, and Hud Karshmer managing financial issues and helping to ensure that the company continues to operate smoothly as it rapidly expands into new markets.  “We are thrilled to have Emily join us at Monroe Group,” Chad Asarch stated, “she will be a welcome addition to our dynamic team.”  Karshmer added, “Emily will be a positive asset as we grow, her prior experience will be extremely valuable as we continue to acquire new properties in the coming year.”
