Monroe Group has been hired to manage Wilkes Towers Apartments (72 units) located in North Wilkesboro, NC. This community was originally built as a hotel in 1911 and substantially renovated to become affordable housing in 1981. Wilkes will provide affordable housing for elderly residents as part of the Section 8 housing program.
